TETCO Stores TETCO Appreciation Gifts Participant

Terms and Conditions

1. By applying for and using the TETCO Appreciation Gifts Tag, the participant agrees to be bound by the current TETCO Appreciation Gifts Terms and Conditions, a copy of which can be obtained at any participating TETCO Stores location.
2. TETCO Appreciation Gift participant's must complete and submit the TETCO Appreciation Gifts Participant Application in order to be eligible for Grand Prize drawings.
3. Points may be earned at participating TETCO Stores locations and premises of TETCO Stores Affiliated Merchants for qualifying purchases (as specifyed by TETCO Stores) using approved payment means.
4. Points will not be accumulated for the following purchases: (a) lottery tickets, (b) beer and wine purchases, (c) third party services.
5. Participants must present a valid TETCO Appreciation Gifts Tag to earn points. The tag must be presented at the time of the purchase. Points will not be awarded without a valid TETCO Appreciation Gifts Tag or for previous purchases.
6. Only one TETCO Appreciation Gifts Tag per customer. Points may not be combined or transferred between applicants.
7. TETCO Appreciation Gifts coupons may be redeemed at any participating TETCO Stores location, unless otherwise specified, so long as the reward item is available at the location.
8. To be accepted by any participating TETCO Stores location or Partner, reward coupons must not be expired, illegible, altered or damaged. Duplicates of original reward coupons will not be accepted. Validation of participant details may be required in order to redeem reward.
9. Lost, stolen, or damaged reward coupons will not be replaced.
10. TETCO Stores may substitute any rewards or prizes for those of a comparable value without notice.
11. TETCO Stores is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tags or unredeemed points, however these may be replaced at TETCO Stores' discretion.
12. TETCO Stores is not responsible for any errors or lost rewards resulting from computer hardware or software errors or fraud.
13. All TETCO Appreciation Gifts Tags are licensed to TETCO Stores and tag ownership does not transfer to the Participant. TETCO Stores may cancel any TETCO Appreciation Gifts Tag at any time at its sole discretion.
14. TETCO Stores may amend the TETCO Appreciation Gifts Participant Terms and Conditions or any specific TETCO Appreciation Gifts promotion at any time. It is the participant's obligation to keep informed of the latest TETCO Appreciation Gifts Terms and Conditions.
15. TETCO Stores reserves the right to terminate the TETCO Appreciation Gifts Program at any, or all, participating locations at any time without prior notice.
16. Employees of TETCO Stores and their immediate family members may participate in the TETCO Appreciation Gifts Program on a limited basis as determined by TETCO Stores management.
17. TETCO Stores does not extend any warranty whatsoever with respect to the condition or intended use of the TETCO Appreciation Gifts Program merchandise and each Participant acknowledges that the merchandise is delivered in an "as is" condition. No returns, refunds or substitutions of merchandise shall be permitted by Participant.
18. TAG rewards points for purchases made by the TAG-owner only. Points can not be received for other customer purchases.
19. Fraudulent use of a TETCO TAG will cause deactivation and termination from the Customer Loyalty Program.
